The Calgary Catholic Education Foundation (CCEF) was started by community volunteers in 2009 in the response to the need for external fundraising. Supported by community, the Foundation is a resource dedicated to enhancing educational experiences of students in the Calgary Catholic School District.

We thank you for your support!

District Run & Walk

NEW FOR 2015:

  • EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE: Register before June 24 at 1 p.m. and you will be entered into a draw to win two amazing tickets to see One Direction live in Edmonton on July 21!
  • ROUTE CHANGE: 6 km is the new 5 km! Due to some route restrictions there will be a new finishing route, which takes us to a 6 km walk and 6 km run, as well as the 10 km run and Little Legs race.

The annual event is an opportunity to come together with a focus on community, health and fitness, while raising funds for the Calgary Catholic Education Foundation (CCEF), the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) and the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation (ACHF). This is an open event. We welcome all runners and walkers to register!

Notice to Parent or Guardian: Student Groups & Human Sexuality Topics

Over the year, our school may establish a student group, which engages in discussion and activities related to diversity and justice issues, including support for students belonging to sexual minorities.  In particular, within our Religious Education and Family Life Catholic Community of Caring program, students may provide leadership and receive support to continue to build inclusive communities, aligned with our Catholic social teachings.  If you wish further information, please contact the principal.
